Yes, we accept heavy cargo shipments with a maximum capacity of 5 kg per package. Please contact us in advance to ensure the availability of suitable vehicles.

You can track your package status through the J&T Cargo app or by contacting our customer service at 282-123456. We also provide a tracking number for easy monitoring.

Yes, there are additional fees for delivery to remote areas in Cilacap based on distance and road conditions. These fees will be communicated before you proceed with the shipment.

For valuable items, we recommend securely packaging them and reporting the item's security to our customer service. We also offer special insurance services for valuable items.

Unfortunately, we currently only handle domestic shipments within Indonesia. For international shipments, please contact the J&T Cargo headquarters in Jakarta.
